Our Enrichment Session

During this session, we reviewed the 4 main assessment criteria that formed part of the EPQ:

• AO1 – Manage – Planning, developing and evaluating your project, making sure you explain the choices and changes along the way
• AO2 – Use Resources – Your range of resources, how you select them and evaluate them
• AO3 – Develop & Realise – How you ensure your project goes from start to finish and adjust to changing circumstances
• AO4 – Review – How you evaluate your progress on the project, the resources you have used, your final product and what you have learned

We then looked through a past project to evaluate how it met these criteria.

Having learned from this, you were then taking your first steps on the project!

Following Up This Session:

1. Complete the ‘Initial Ideas about My Project Sheet’
2. Save this into an EPQ folder on your ‘My Documents’ section on your user area
3. Set up your own blog
4. Post a summary of your initial ideas onto the blog
5. E-mail your blog address to Miss Linnell
